Elegant Dinner

One of my favorite fashion style is to dress a nice pair of jeans up! It creates such a simple elegance that I adore. It gives the outfit a sense of sophistication without taking things to seriously. So a dark wash jeans with a lace top, gold accent jewelry, neutral shoes and makeup with wavy hair is my perfection!

Casual Sunday

Another easy Sunday outfit. Nothing better than a flowy light shirt to lounge around in on a beautiful Sunday. Paired with strappy sandals, stacked bracelets, a pendant necklace and jean and the outfit is complete.

Enjoy your Sunday,

Simple, Summer, Day Wedding

A summer, day wedding calls for a light hint of color. This gorgeous yellow, pink, and coral colored, one shoulder dress is the perfect mix of color and elegance. To avoid from stealing the attention of the dress, I paired it with neutral, strapped heels, studded earrings, and stacked bracelet. A simple updo also helps put this dress on display while adding to the beauty of the ensemble.

Summer Wedding

Summer is quickly approaching and that means wedding season is coming. A whole day spent celebrating means a simple and elegant attire is a must. I like surrounding a colored outfit will neutral accessories, letting the dress shine on its own. This blue dress would compliment any skin tone and show off your gorgeous shoulders! A simple updo will let this chunky necklace and simple dropped earrings shine. Simple, wedge, comfortable heels to finish the outfit.

What do you think?

Fall Elegance

Fall is no doubt my favorite season of the year and with the cold crisp feeling in the air and the vibrant colors of the leaves, they make me long for a sense of warm and cozy elegance. One thing I love about fall is breaking out the warm wool coats! They are so versatile and can be both dressed up and down. Here I decided to dress it up in a neutral, sparkly manner. Neutral colors can be quite glamorous as you can see with the sequin details on this dress and shoes or the eye catching earrings. These are my favorite outfits: simple, elegant, classic!

Colorful Summer

Yellow makes me think of summer, sun, warmth, and just plan happiness! So for this outfit, I chose a zippered, yellow t-shirt and paired it with a denim jacket, white shorts, mint crossbody and t-strapped sandals and mint nail polish. Then some nautical themed necklace and earrings and a good old large fashion ring, sunglasses and simple top knot bun. Summer is here!

Summer Fun Outfit

On this lazy Sunday, Chris and I caught an early movie and ran some errands. As we strolled outside, I couldn't help but turn my face towards that gorgeous, warm sun! My head then started churning about all the summer outfits I'm ready to pull out of my closet. When I think of summer, I think of flowy dresses, strappy sandals, messy ponytails, petite crossbody bags and simple accessories. Hence, this outfit was born. A floral dress with flutter sleeves and accents of a red like this purse, sandals and lipstick. Then fun jewelry such as this kissing necklace and multi-bangles. This outfits screams summer doesn't it?

Spring Coral

Spring is coming, I can feel it! Once the sun starts to shine, this is the outfit I envision myself wearing. Coral is such a gorgeous spring color, especially when its a knit, flowy tank dress, nails, and fashion necklace! Then a white flap purse and sandals along with a rose gold bracelet and gold studded pyramid earrings to pull the outfit together. In case there's a chill in the air, a classic denim jacket to cover up. Easy, simple spring outfit to wear to a lunch date, a walk on the beach, or on a shopping trip.

Pretty in Pink

Do you just love this dress? Of course you do, it's absolutely gorgeous! So my birthday is fast approaching and I'm gearing myself up for some fun. Dinner by candlelight, a walk underneath the night stars and sky, hand in hand with my handsome husband.....this outfit is perfect for such an occasion. This pink, sleeveless dress brings elegance and grace with the draped fabric and and cut-out neckline in the back. I kept everything else pretty subdue with gold eyelet bracelets, pink diamonds dropped earrings, cream clutch, a hint of pink lips and nails. Then a strappy sky-high heels in a dark leather to offset the dress and  simple braided updo to show off that beautiful cut-out neckline! There is no other option, but to feel beautiful in this outfit!

Blue Outfit

The weekends have been cool, but gorgeous lately so I am hoping it will be for my birthday in a few days. One of my favorite places to go is the zoo. So if weather permits, to the zoo we will go. Since it's still the middle of winter, I figured blue jeans and a long sleeve tunic would suffice. The belted tunic, wedge TOMs, and simple jewelry gives the outfit a hint of sophistication. A caramel crossbody bag to carry all my stuff without weighing me down and a side-fishtail braid to round out the outfit. I don't like to match too much, but I like hints here or there like the blue stripe tunic, fashion ring, and nail polish. It helps with tying it all together. Then of course, tortoise-shelled sunglasses in hopes that the sun will peek out!

Casual Birthday Outfit

February is my birthday month! Yes, you read that right. The WHOLE month is my birthday, just ask my husband. So my outfit themes this month will be based around different birthday outfits. This first one includes a beige shirt inspired dress that is casual but a little more fancy with the crossover drape, ruche shoulder sleeves and collar. I paired this outfit with a dark knee high boots and handbag. Keeping the accessories simple I love this multi-cut thick cuff, spiky gold necklace and bronze nail polish. To add a little color these green tourmaline double drop earrings were perfect. Then a slight wave to a short bob to complete the outfit! Casual, comfy birthday ensemble!

Casual Weekend

The weekend has arrived and after a long week of work, the only thing I want to do is relax! My style is pretty casual anyways so this outfit is right up my alley with a comfortable pair of jeans, a heart long sleeve shirt, and simple chignon updo. I like to add little accents to a casual outfit to prevent it from being too boring. So a beaded bracelet, hook taper earrings and some bling-out black nails are perfect additions. Then a no-fuss black cross-body bag, a hummingbird pendent necklace and some good old combat boots to round it all out. Simple. Comfortable. Cute.

Light Winter Outfit

So anyone who knows me, knows that I love fashion! I love to shop and think of creative ways of putting an outfit together. I would describe my style as being comfortable yet chic. However, for some reason, I actually very lazy when it comes to dressing up in real life. My work clothes are extremely casual and when the weekend comes, I usually crawl into some sweats at home or I throw on a tee shirt, leggings, and boots when heading out and about.

Then I discover a website called Polyvore that allows you to scrounge the latest fashion and put together an outfit from head to toe. It also links you to where you could purchase these items or provide you with an idea of what to look for when you shop. I have been creating these outfits for a few months now and figured it would be nice to share it with you guys.  So below is my Light Winter Outfit. It is casual, but chic and will keep you warm. Enjoy!
